Fellow Supper Club is a monthly dinner series at Fellow Mountain Cafe, bringing people together around a thoughtfully crafted prix fixe menu, seasonal ingredients, and curated pours from partners we admire.

Chef Rachel Lauginiger draws inspiration from the ever shifting micro seasons of the Catskills, crafting menus that feel rooted, intentional, and reflective of the moment. Each dinner carries a subtle theme, whether inspired by a holiday, an ingredient, or a collaboration with one of our partners.

Fellow Supper Club is an opportunity to slow down, gather, and experience Fellow in a different light.

A St. Patrick’s Day inspired multi course prix fixe menu with subtle nods to Irish flavors, reimagined through Fellow’s lens. We are partnering with Wayward Lane Brewing to feature a special Irish stout available for purchase throughout the evening.
